Soaring in the sky, picnicking in the woods, playing putt-putt, racing go-carts, driving golf balls, practicing
your swing in the batting cage or swimming in the pool...there are lots of ways to enjoy Harris Hill, also known
as the "Soaring Capital of America".
Harris Hill sports a 25 meter pool and wading
pool, a 3-hole/par-3 golf course, and a small amusement park with kiddy rides, miniature golf, a driving range,
batting cages and go-carts.
 Sitting like a crown on top of Harris Hill is the world-famous National Soaring Museum.
Here you may study the science of soaring in the recently expanded museum..or step outside to watch these motor-less
flying machines take to the air...or quench your thirst for adventure by going for a ride yourself!
Tucked into the woods surrounding these developed
areas are picnic pavilions, individual picnic tables and grills, and 400 acres of wooded trails for hiking and
cross-country skiing. Don't forget to sharpen your ice skates for our two, large outdoor rinks.
